No refunds will be granted as I cannot get back the supplies used to service you, nor the valuable time dedicated to your appointment, and time is our income in the service industry. However, should you end up unhappy with the results of your service, I will always honor a free touch-up for any service that does not meet your expectations, as long as you reach out to me to schedule your touch-up no later than 48 hours after the original service.
