-A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all full set bookings. This will be subtracted from the full service fee on the day of the service. Should you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, but can be used towards the price of your re-scheduled appointment.

-Clients must cancel 24 hours prior to their appointment time or it will result in a 50% charge of the service to the clients card on file. No future appointments can be made until the client has paid the cancellation fee.

-Being 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of the service & the client will be charged the full price of the service. No further appointments can be made until the client has paid the cancellation fee. 

-NO refunds will be granted due to the time and product used during your lash appointment. Should you end up unhappy with the result, please reach out to me within 48 hours of your original appointment and we will get you in for a free touch-up.

-Current clients must have 50% lashes remaining for a fill, or you will be asked to reschedule for a full set (or if I am available at that time to work longer than the scheduled fill-in time, you will be up-charged accordingly).

-No foreign fills will be accepted. Fill-ins only completed on my own work. If you have lashes on from another artist and book a full set with me, I will do the removal of the old lashes for free, but you will need to book a "full set" as well as a "lash removal" so I have enough time worked into the schedule.

-No bookings may be made within 24 hours of the desired appointment time.

-Please prepare to attend your appointment free of any makeup on the eyes or eyebrows, and surrounding areas (lids & under-eyes). If you are coming straight from work and happen to have some on, I usually have makeup remover on hand, but keep in mind every minute of your appointment is valuable.

-No talking on the phone/having me answer (only in emergencies), text back, etc. will be permitted.
 
-Please refrain from eating/chewing during your appointment as tiny micro-movements can affect the lashing process and I want you to have the best result possible!

-Please refrain from having caffeine or pre-workout at least 2 hours before your appointment.
